MY FATHER STOKED MY MOTHER'S FEARS.

MY WHITE FLIGHT
WAS COUCHED IN A LOT OF
WHISPERED CONVERSATIONS,
LIKE MILITARY OPERATIONS.
UNDER COVER OF NIGHT,
OPTIONS WERE WEIGHED,
MAPS WERE SURVEYED.
MY WHITE FLIGHT
WAS FRAUGHT WITH INNUENDO,
IN VOLUMES THAT WOULD
DECRESCENDO.

WAS WRAPPED IN A VEIL OF
